Biggest no brainer

Is this not the biggest no brainer on the market today? Does anone know of any other stories where a stock is trading at a 20% + discount to the book value of assets held which are constantly increasing their reserves on a commodity which will arguably have a substantial rise in value.

I really don't get what is wandering through investor's minds these days ... the financial segment is scam city!
