Alan Shefsky B.A., J.D. – President & Director

Mr. Shefsky founded Pele Mountain Resources in 1996 and has been President of the Company since that time. He has provided leadership and vision in property acquisitions, financing, and negotiating joint ventures with other industry leaders. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a Juris Doctor degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law.

Martin Cooper M.A. - Treasurer & Director

Mr. Cooper has been with the Company as an Officer and Director since its inception, serving as its CFO from 1996 until 2007. A professional archaeologist, he has extensive knowledge and experience with First Nations, environmental and land tenure issues.

Steven Rukavina B. Comm., LL.B. - Secretary & Director

Mr. Rukavina joined the Company at its inception in 1996 as its corporate counsel, became its Secretary in 1997 and joined the Board in 2002. As a partner at the Toronto law firm WeirFoulds LLP, he has expertise in securities, mining, real estate, and corporate governance areas of the law.

Peter Dimmell B. Sc., P. Geo. - Director

Mr. Dimmell has been with the Company since its inception in 1996, serving as an independent Board member who provides expertise on technical matters. He is a professional geoscientist and consultant with more than thirty years of mineral exploration experience and was formerly President of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC). Mr. Dimmell earned a Bachelors degree in Science from the University of New Brunswick.

Steven Cohen B. Comm., M.B.A. - Director

Mr. Cohen has been an independent Director of the Company since 2003. He is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and a Director of Teknion Corporation. Prior to joining Teknion, Mr. Cohen was Senior Vice President of Centrefund Realty Corporation. He earned an M.B.A. from Harvard School of Business and a B. Comm from McGill University.

Richard Cooper M.B.A., B.A.Sc., ICD.D - Director

Mr. Cooper joined the Company as an independent Director in 2006. He is president of T.R.L. Investments Ltd. and is also executive vice-president of Alterra Development Ltd. Mr. Cooper earned an M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and B.A.Sc. in civil engineering from the University of Toronto. Mr. Cooper holds an ICD. D. designation from the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management.

Fergus Kerr, P. Eng. - Vice President, Uranium Operations

Mr. Kerr joined the Company as a consultant to lead its Elliot Lake Uranium Mine Project in 2007, becoming a Vice-President in January 2008. He has more than 35 years of mining industry experience, including 14 years in Elliot Lake as general manager, manager of mining and mine superintendent for Denison Mines and 7 years as mine manager at Inco’s Sudbury operations. Mr. Kerr has also served as a sector director of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario and is currently an adjunct professor at Laurentian University, lecturing on occupational health engineering.

James Andersen, CA, CPA (Illinois), Vice President, Finance, CFO

Mr. Andersen joined the Company in 2007. He is a principal of Andersen and Company Professional Corp., an accounting firm in Toronto, and has more than 15 years experience in public accounting practice.
