PP due to close January 20th, then the money will be free to spend on the project, the drill rig, the platform and away we go drilling. It is a winter drill program, they are going to do it but had to raise the money first and close the PP first before the next steps.
I asked about the bantering on here and about bills not paid and he said they have been and the shares have been issued and they have been announced in press releases shares for debt a couple or more times, and the hold periods are the hold periods.
Bottom line is we are going to drill very soon, and that 3 weeks that  seems to line up with all that SS said today. SS and RS and JH want to drill this more than anyone as they hold more shares all put togehter than anyone or any group etc etc.


I think they will get the job done, and once the PP is announced accepted and closed we'll know it'll happen.
