Kenunderberg:

Could you give me an idea as to what will happen with the Pengrowth Trust Units after January 1,2011 when it will be changed from an income trust vehicle to a regular stock.

1.The dividends of the trust unit payments will stop.

2.The stock will probably go up somewhat in price value because all the dividends that are presently paid out will remain within the stock.

Will the stock ever go back to the $ 22.00- $ 26.00 days?

Please outline a complete discussion for me as I am pondering what to do with the Pengrowth Trust Units shares. The units were paying .25cents per unit and now has dropped down to .07cents per unit which is a major drop in return.I also understand that the price of oil and gas has dropped but a barrel of oil has now returned to over the $ 80.00 a barrel price and profits should once again be firming up.Meanwhile the price per unit dividend has not gone up from the previous .07 cent payout.

Thanking you in advance for you reply:
