PharmEng Announces Resignation of Director

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 13, 2009) - PharmEng International Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:PII) today announced that effective immediately director Ravi Joshi has resigned from the board of directors of the Company and has also resigned from his position as Executive Vice-President of the Company.
