DALLAS, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 12, 2008 -- Platina Energy Group, Inc. (OTC BB:PLTG.OB - News ) (Frankfurt:O5Y.F - News ) announced today that BUYINS.NET, www.buyins.net , is initiating coverage of Platina Energy Group after releasing the latest short sale data to November 2008. From December 2006 to November 2008 approximately 183.9 million total aggregate shares of PLTG have traded for a total dollar value of nearly $26.8 million . The total aggregate number of shares shorted in this time period is approximately 14.2 million shares .
