I saw Frank Hallam of PTM present a few weeks ago and was throughly impressed. I think that the MGMT team here will be fully able to deliver on the project and make this a large winner. The slate of shareholders they have built is very impressive.

I am going to start accumulating a position here. I think the risk reward is very attractive at these levels.
