Freedom2010....I don't beleive for one minute that we have been waiting for cash from the Escondoro deal in order to resume work or start drilling Bolsa.

Ple has enough money still, to at least get the drill program underway. I think we've simply been waiting on the agreements with the locals. I also still believe that Guy has been very careful to cultivate good will and understanding with the said locals and that he has tried to do everything possible to obtain the necessary agreements as expeditiously as possible.

Remember, while the local populace is collectively smart, they are not all well educated nor are they all well informed regarding the process of exploration and eventually, mining. Add to that their basic distrust of outsiders/foreigners, in general, and mining companies in particular and you can understand their reluctance to make a deal.

Then add in the negative spin from any anti-mining NGOs operating in the area, and of course, the fact that the artisan miners who are illegally earning a living from the property are probably against making an agreement, and it's easy to see why things have bogged down.

On the positive side, the government of Peru is actively trying to stop all artisan type mining in Peru and is pushing hard for developement of legal, professional mining and exploration as a way of gaining much needed revenue for the country. They are putting pressure on local communities to approve these projects and they are also trying to educate the people about the benefits to be derived from exploiting their natural resources in a constructive and prudent manner.

All of these efforts are picking up speed and seem to be coming to a tipping point. This bodes well for Plexmar in the long term and hopefully in the short term as well. These "meetings" coming up could be the break we've all been waiting for.

My biggest complaint is that if I had known about the problem with these "agreements" a year ago, I could have made much better use of my money for the last several months.

Oh well, that's life on the venture exchange. Let's hope we are all well rewarded for our patience and loyalty to this company. And let's hope for more timely updates and information from Guy. I think we shareholders deserve it.
