Breif Update/Overview of PLE

Looking to buy since the stock is basing here, can anyone sum up the pros and cons of thist stock and the story? Land they own, hurdles they need to pass, etc. I know a little bit about the problem with the locals and that we have had some good samples, but can anyone detail the land packages we own and exploration progress?
