What I am hearing from my contacts in Peru, is that there is a pilgrimage going on and that ends 3rd week of Oct.

after that a council meeting should happen and hopefully a clear vote!

So end of 3rd wk in Oct is 21, or there abouts. In any case, I do believe from all the articles/opinions etc that I've read about our geologiests helping the artisans, Guy's humanitarian leanings, Plexmar not acting heavy handed with artisans etc, that This will all be supportive, IMHO, towards getting the first community on board with a GO vote. Then PLE will rock.
