Here are my thoughts

1: Newco IPO will definitly give the share price a boost.

2: Social accord is anyones guess

3: TSX in my opinion does not have much to do with our share price

4: POG will not have anything to do with share price until Newco IPO and or social accord news and we actually drill for gold.

5: cannot comment on this as I am not a chart person either

to add or not I think has good prospects, if I can come up with some more cash, I will be adding under .30
