Actually, I believe $2M would be just about enough to drill the first 2500m but of course some will be spent by then so yes they will need cash eventually but not before at least a few holes are pulled out. Or Guy pulls another rabbit out of his hat and gets drilling done without spending a dime. Possibly a j/v with a Major and PLE. Guy did say there are majors "interested in PLE".

BTW, "Guy is out of the city" is what his answering machine says when you call now so he may very well be in Peru this week. Says "back on Monday".

I still think that there is a reason why the delay on an "update" NR as he could have put it out anytime but I get the feeling they are waiting for something that is just about wrapped up (I sure as he!! hope it's the accord).
