I especially like the part about the arbitration process with Peruvian law should they fail to reach an agreement with the community.

I think that Plexmar has been taking their time so that things are done right, they are forming relationships, and developing the property and the community along with it. Guys knows the massive potential of the property and does not what to blow things with the community at this point. Sure it's taking a while, but for the complexity of the situation that should be expected. (It's taken me three weeks to get the right deal for my cellular serrvice for god's sakes!)

I too can wait on this play. I have added significantly to my position over the last month or two getting my average into the low 20's somewhere. Good times ahead!

As for those that plan on buying the pullbacks after the accord, good luck with that, if things were that predictable we wouldn't be chatting on this board. The only time a stock has performed exactly the way that I had figured is when I have failed to purchase it and ended up watching it from the sidelines (doh!)

I will add 60K more early next week as funds from a Labour sponsored fund (worst investment ever) become available.

Anyone else notice that we are getting regular news releases since the fall. About every three weeks. Here's to hoping for a little excitement for PLE.
