The answer is no, the new property does not have an accord and as far as I understand, it as well will need approval for a community before drilling can be undertaken.......This would be a new community on top of the other two(north and south) that would need an accord.....Guy has said it will follow quickly once the accords are attained from the original two communities...which we are all waiting for......soon!
