IMHO - Guy is not playing some shell-game with investors

I believe that Guy should not give promises to anyone!

However, I do believe his intent behind anything he has stated in the past, for the most part.

We should all know by now what the situation is with the communities he is dealing with. They need be be assured that their best-interests are regarded first and foremost. They have the power to block & cease any further development from PLE. Guy needs to ensure to them that PLE is not just going to rape and deface the land.

I strongly believe that Guy and his team has and will continue to impress upon them that PLE will continue as a good community partner. For this, I believe that PLE will have the communities blessing to go forward in April.
