The NR says "The Company will then present for approval its detailed exploration program".

Plexmar has been pushing for more than a year to get this vote, I would venture a guess that, unless things go terribly wrong at the meeting, they want that vote to be taken right after the presentation while they have the group sitting together...

As far as the community postponing the vote, anything can happen but now it is them that are pushing Plexmar to get things going, so I doubt that they will want to postpone it...
