That glitch is hilarious. I just have to type something to see if it happens to me as well. So far nothing. With respect to Equador and Peru Governments they know that mining brings good jobs and wealth. Most of Equadors efforts are aimed at getting companies to spend money on exploration and mine development rather than just hold the property as far as I can tell. They are trying to do this without destroying totally the environment and the locals. You know when I look at Canadian mine developments there are accords to be signed with aboriginal Groups, environmental permits to obtain, and on and on so I don't see what Peru and Equidore as being extra ordinary.
