My personal thoughts are we are going to get an accord. Plexmar has aquired the rights to mine 5 more properties there, so one would think that they have a pretty good idea of the sense of the communities. Although people can be funny so I think Plexmar is doing the right thing and slowly getting everything done right and then they will drill, so there are no problems if we find something big.

I also think Bolsa Del Diable is going to be big, I bought this years ago thinking it was going to be big, just did not think I would have to wait so long to find out.
