Realizing Peru is a different culture, and that cannot be underestimated, I simply wish to say that the lack of a quorum makes any vote non binding, or atleast an excellent excuse for any lack of progress in the future. It is more telling that a quorum is being cited, suggesting it is critical to an accord, and lets be clear here, an accord does NOT exist at this time, no matter how one paints it.

So bargain shares will be had, and that gap down will be filled. And that was predictable last week IMHO.
