shackleford, thanks for picking up the stat hols. nobody wanted to know when I mentioned that I thought the 60 days would be working days, but I worked in S.A. for just over a year. It was like a long vacation down there the attitude is definately work only as much time as needed to enjoy your life, we were even forced to take a day off when the Brasilians came back with the World Cup.

There will be some extra days on top of your projection though, thats to cover the registration of the agreement, maybe 3 or 4 days? Does anybody have any info on how long these things take?
