The recent selling is related to the PP shares becoming tradable on the 11th. IMO

I'm wondering if the PP selling effect is already baked in. Assuming the PP subscribers are more "sophisticated" than the rest of us, they would have shorted PLE at recent higher levels (.18-.21) knowing that their PP shares would cover that short position.

Anyway another angle to ponder
