Zzthnx, thank you for the kind comments. "...I'd really love to hear why you think it's a slam dunk that Ucucha will be able to get the communities to agree to let PLE explore and drill, when they have not been willing to do so up to this point." I think blue sky potential of Bolsa is a slam dunk, the accord itself is not an absolute certainty although logic dictates we are on the cusp. Let's call a spade a spade prior to Ucucha we had polar opposites, the informal miners versus the legitimate owners, no common ground. In comes Ucucha they secure 90% of the profits from the top 100 meters, they develop a repore with the informals providing a legitimate avenue for them to prosper, noone is looking over their shoulder, Ucucha greases the informals and the community. Ucucha realizes that Plexmar holds the key to the possible riches at depth, if they come to pass a commercialization beyond the scope of the informals will be required, without Plexmar's legal right to the property it doesn't happen, no way no how. Without the blessing of the informals Plexmar remains in limbo, I have no doubt that should we hit at depth Ucucha will play a major part in it's development. Rather than acting as feuding entities we now have a mechanisim in place where each feeds on the other, that's why I'm optomistic on an agreement being reached , everyone wins including the government. Mutual respect where a foriegn enity gives back to all involved, what a novel concept. The respect and trust is in place, demonstrated with Ucucha's ability to secure ore. Working as one, they've eliminated any opposition to the project, it's a win win for all involved. Necessity has become the mother of an excellent working relationship. If Plexmar's drilling proves successful, it'll translate to economic prosperity for all involved which in turn translates to a better standard of living. P.S. The editing bar doesn't show up for whatever reason. Wow, my point ranking got axed from my last post, oh well like I said I could give a rat's a$$, my posts hopefully benefit those who have been with me in the past, I'm sincere and believe in what I post.
