I would like to discuss the Ucucha position and would appreciate feedback if I'm incorrect about my facts/assumptions.

What is Ucucha? A company that buys raw gold ore from artisanal miners, processes it and sells the gold. Correct??

Does Ucucha actually mine any deposits? No. Correct??

Is Ucucha presently operating and buying gold ore in the Bolsa area? Yes. Correct??

Is Ucucha in the process of establishing a presence in northern Piura? Yes. Correct??

Has the Ucucha - Plexmar social accord deadline passed and gone? Yes. Correct??

What is Ucucha's incentive for getting the accord signed? Top 100m of ore. Correct??

If Ucucha does not get an accord done will it suffer? Or will it not continue to buy ore from the artisanal miners and have a nice tidy cash flow with little investment?

And if some of this ore comes from Bolsa, who is to know. If no accord is reached, then Ucucha can merrily buy ore from artisanal miners on Bolsa and Plexmar get nothing.

I submit that the incentive for Ucucha to get this accord signed is weak. If Ucucha does not get the accord, is there a plan C for Plexmar?

If Plexmar has no plan C for the failiure of an Ucucha facilitated accord, then what does it do? Maybe it permits the deadline to be pushed back and pushed back and pushed back .........

This way you stay alive longer and play the market longer.
