Good point Walla. I don't remember what the timing is for insiders trading before news is released. However, if the accord isn't actually signed yet, then there is no 'news' to be released. Therefore, Guy could buy or sell all he wants because the clock wouldn't have started yet. If I'm right, his actions would not necessarily have any significance where NR's are concerned.

Macer's post mirrored what I've heard about where we stand with the accord. If this is correct. It could happen any day now and the NR would follow immediately. I don't know what the hold up is at this point or who's 'John Henry' we're waiting on, but I hope it gets done soon. JEESH!!
