As metaldog stated he takes the same week every year ...don't read anything into it.

He did it in 2006 when PLe was doing it's due diligence on the ecuador properties. That time was also just prior to the big run up to over a dollar. He's done it in 07 and 08 as well .... Maybe it's just his week at the time share.
