...we're down a couple of runs and we've two out, but Mudville's king of swat (aka Monsieur Bedard), is at bat. Coach Ucucha says swing at the first good pitch you get and knock it outta the park! ok...the pitcher winds up...the batter cocks his wrists and moves his bat back...here comes the ball.......a speeding 18 million ounce golden fast ball crosses the plate...the batter swings....TBD

i'm hoping for a better ending than what happened to the fabled hitter's failure in the poem and i'm hangin' in for extra innings (if needed).
