No need to worry, I have spoken to Guy as well. With this information I have talked to my wife and she is willing to wait for her aniversary gift. LOL.....Hopefully it's not a couple aniversaries.

He has been waiting on another party to get back to him before he releases news. He thought origionally it would be this week, but will likely be next week.

My Guess:

News about the listing?

Partial accord on some of the properties?

Sold the farm and is moving to Panama.

He won't say, but he will be travelling to Peru next week.
