If I remember correctly, Guy tried to address this by offering shares to the locals based on performance. In other words the better PLE does the better they do. So, if you were a local what would you say.---I don't trust you and I can't trade the shares anyway. So Guy answers #2 by saying, we'll list PLE on the Lima exchange so you can trade them. Bingo, you either trust us or you don't. If you are a Peruvian reading this----Trust Guy and sign the agreement---. Please.
