This could be some speculation ahead of the Nov 4 mining laws in Equador vis a vis Escondida and some anticipation on annoucement regarding that.

Remember, there is a Lima listing to get done so the locals can participate. Still in translation and who knows how long that can take. Crow had metioned that its finalization would be "timed with other news." Read into that what you will.

Nice to see accumulation, but don't look for the launch just yet. I would love to be wrong. Lots of long suffering longs out there. Just be patient and let it come to us....
