If the impasse with Plexmar getting an accord is due to the locals having enviromental

concerns and maybe fears that the "gringos" are going to steal their mineral wealth,

well here's what I would do if I was Mr. Bédard.

I would head up to the Rouen-Noranda, Timmins and Red Lake areas and do a one hour documentary interviewing the locals there and asking them if mining has made

their life better. The video might include pictures of economic and social service

activities and plenty of interviews with a cross section of the population expressing their views on living in a mining community managed by Canadians and the benefits to be derived therefrom.

Somebody with some marketing savvy needs to join the PLE board, imho, .....zom.
