Did a little more digging!
This is from 'Rio Alto Management Discussion & Analysis-Aug. 31st 2009'
"Rio Alto engaged the services of Kallpa Securities S.A.B.,a registered Peruvian stock broker, to sponsor the Company for a listing on the Bolsa de Valores de Lima (the Lima Stock Exchange) in Peru. The listing application was submitted by the Lima Stock Exchange to the Peruvian securities regulator Comisión Nacional Supervisora de Empresas y Valores (“Conasev”) for approval in October 2009. Conasev approved the application on October 27, 2009."
From this it would appear that we still have 3-4 weeks wait after our application documents are in the hands of the 'Lima Stock Exchange'.
The last that I remember reading was that our documents were being translated. We renewed our Lima listing 13th Aug. 09, have we now officially submitted the listing documents to the exchange? Anybody!
Just want to get an estimate of how 'soon' things are likely to come alive.!
Thanks Anybody!
