This could be good, since there's no way an accord will be announced until the locals have the ability to trade their shares on the Lima exchange and I am definitely assuming that they'll be getting a couple of million shares as part of a deal.

This will mean one more additional chance to add $5K to the new Tax Free Accounts in January and pick up a few more cheap shares for a quick flip on news.
