I would not make to many assumptions about what the agreement with the community will be. Any agreement would have to be on the condition that the exploration program finds a commercially viable deposit of gold. While most of we investors believe we will, there is no guarantee and the local community in peru would surely understand that. Even if Plexmar were to make shares a part of the agreement it is standard operating procedure that they would come with a four month hold on them before being tradeable. Thats normal. So he could announce a deal tomorrow and still not have to worry about the Lima listing for a few months if shares are part of the deal.
