Call me dumb but I always thought Juan lived in Peru...shows what I know....unless Guy found him a home up here as part of the deal. ;-)

Family name	Contreras
Given names (in full)	Juan

Municipality (city, town, etc.)	St-Pascal
Province, territory or state	Quebec

This article says he is a local land owner...I thought that meant local as in Peru?:
"Juan Contreras (a local landowner brought in to help with communications)"
