I asked Guy a while ago who Juan was as i wondered why he got the 3.5 million shares out of thin air.

He was a consultant to Plexmar. He lived in Quebec. He was not the Ecuadoran owner.

Guy said that his "acquisition" of 3.5 million shares was not part of a PP. I suspect he was given shares as compensation for services renderred as PLE was short on cash at the time but Guy never confirmed or denied this.

Looking more closely, the timing of his departure was very close to the time the stock price ran up briefly to $.20. I wonder if he dumped his shares and left town?
