Thanks for that good news renaissance. For those that missed it here is a key paragraph...I cleaned up the translation a bit:

" He revealed that three offices are actively involved in the city of Puerto Maldonado - Madre de Dios, in Ananea - Puno, and Suyo - Piura to work in the ordering process and formalization of informal mining, with the aim of respecting the environment and the land holders."

This is the time to be reading between the lines.
