You cannot claim a capital loss if you purchase the shares back within 30 days. You cannot claim a loss by transferring into your TFSA because you still hold the shares.

Also, selling the shares in one account and buying them back in your TFSA doesn't give you a capital loss because you did not wait 30 days to buy them back.
