Sorry, Macer I wasn't trying to be irritating. I reread my posts and realize they were badly worded and probably challenging.

I have had this stock a very long time and have not talked to Guy in ages. I have heard all the 'soon' messages and taken hope from them in the past. I wasn't complaining about your decision to sell, or even to announce that decision, last September. I was just trying to point out that Guy had been so optimistic that you felt things were pretty certain back then.

If a vote is still required ( I do not know that it is but there has been no announcement to the contrary) then the first NR will be an announcement of a vote. I know you have talked to Guy so maybe he has indicated that there is a way around a vote and the first thing we will hear is that the accord is signed, sealed, and delivered.

I also had made a decision to sell in September but for some reason...I do not know why...forever hopeful I guess... didn't want to have to kick myself in the a$$ if there was a good NR the next day...I did not hit the sell button.

I have hundreds of thousands of shares...more than I should have...accumulated over many 'buying opportunities' and trading opportunities. I am in a profit position. Too many shares. I wouldn't dare buy another one. I have also convinced family members to take a gamble on this stock. Fortunately for me they seem to have forgotten they own it or have written it off in their minds. No one asks about it anymore.

I am again thinking of selling. I just have a nagging feeling that a year from now this board is going to have exactly the same posts on it. If it is true that Guy is telling callers that it is 'in the bag' it doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling.

I hope you are right Kobedog and this is a walk down for accumulation. It may also just be a no-news drift. It could also be others are losing hope and giving up. While the volume has increased somewhat it is certainly not high.

I sure hope my down- in-the-dumps feeling is a contrarian indicator and it means this stock is going to go up....before I actually sell of course.(how is that for self-importance)
