If we get a new agreement can it be moved along faster than the previous one? I think it took five months for the paperwork to go through government processes for it to actually become an agreement. Then they had 90 days and then an extension. According to the news release the new agreement is expected in a few weeks. Is there any reason to hope that it won't take another five months after it is signed to go into force per Peruvian law? If not, even if the agreement is signed tomorrow are we not looking at at least six months before any action?

I really hope this isn't the case but it looks like we have a long wait even if we do get an agreement immediately.
