I think this issue that the exchange weighed in on was the status of the previous agreement with Ucucha. We all knew that that agreement had a built in termination clause. And we all "suspected" that the date had long passed ... and that the contract was void (Ucucha was out)
So now we finally know "officially" that cancellation process started in November and that the Official cancellation papers are expected in the coming weeks.
I think the exchange was correct in requesting that this be communicated to investors.
Going the other way (and this has nothing to do with the exchanges request) ... it is good to hear "officially" that:
"Company geologists were able to continue their work and large scale and detailed mapping was pursued over the Angolos and surrounding concessions and has been on-going ever since. "
and that,
"The Company also announces that it is currently negotiating with a private mining and processing Company a similar arrangement. Upon reaching an agreement, the Company will announce the detailed contractual terms"
In other words ... Bolsa is back in play. That is the best news I have heard in a while with respect to the Bolsa property.
