(TSX VENTURE:PLE) announces an offering of up to 10,625,000 Units in a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $850,000. The Unit consists of a one common share at $0.08 and one share purchase warrant per share. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.14 per share for eighteen months from closing of the transaction.
