I would venture a guess that Guy's use of the word, "imply", is because of the UNCERTAINTY of Peruvian law. This has been Guy's challenge all along - dealing in a third-world country. He's feeling his way through this. He's made the mistake of relying (to his detriment) on the words of governmental officials down there. He issued news and got nailed. The shareholders (some of them who don't quite "get it" that we're dealing with people who don't really give a rat's arse) became angry. NOW, Guy is gun-shy to say ANYTHING conclusive.

MORAL OF THE STORY: If some of us had not been giving Guy such a hard time about news releases that didn't turn out exactly the way Guy said we'd be getting more "news" on a regular basis. As it is now, we'll have to wait until Second Quarter 2011 to get news of Malin Plant production. Thanks a lot.
