Exactly...I'll take my 47k tax loss now. Even if it consolidates at .30 it will dive in short order after that. I wouldn't be surprised if PLE is losing the properties as we speak since there is no cash on hand to pay for them. The only thing that may give some people a chance to get out is a pump just prior to consolidation. The sad part is that human nature and greed dictates that we will be doing this all over again a la 2005 and the "dud" will likely get away with it again.
