I would rather discuss this here. Otherwise it ends up being a discussion which draws away (eventually) from the company...Plexmar.

I agree, the ability has to be there to debate the pluses and minuses of a company. Unfortunately the Agoracom system is not very good in that a select few individuals (i.e. Presidents and yes that includes myself) have too much control over posts. Ideally there should be a voting system so that the majority decide what is acceptable and what is not. I don't like the current system...which is one reason I don't post here much...or SH for that matter. These "he said, she said" discussions can go on here forever. I will be making a recommendation to the Agoracom to readdress the way the current system is done.
