Just waiting for one more dip in oil and then I will be jumping into HOU.T. I didn't sell HGU.T---maybe greed---But I did buy into HFU.T @$4.75. This one may be a bit more long term. 2009 will be a great year for American Financials---Scenario:

The housing market hits rock bottom and starts to show signs of life.

All the banks have billions of dollars on their balance sheets in foreclosed property, all valued at ZERO. They will draw that back into profit as soon as there is perceived value.

Get the picture.
