$25 Million Offering of Shares and Warrants

Announced after the close...

$25 Million Offering...

$1.60 per Unit.

"Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Company and one half common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share of the Company at a price of $2.25 per Common Share, for a period of two years following the Closing Date."
