Good morning wolf11. i am glad to see that there is at least one other investor showing some interest in pls. i was in this stock early but i sold on the way down and lost a few dollars [what else is new]

i have watched it heading further south and back in july on this board i suggested it might go to $2.00,it got lower than that.

i still like their story and i think this private placement of $25 million is an excellent move by the company at $1.60 per share plus a one half warrant. with this cash they are getting rid of debt carrying very high rates of interest ranging from 12% to 15%

if the infrastructure program ever gets off the ground in california, pls could easily get back over $10.00.

anyway,keep in contact and keep shipping out that sand and gravel.
