SASKATOON, SK, May 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of US $0.07 per share payable August 5, 2011 to shareholders of record July 15, 2011.
