B.C. Supreme Court Approves Business Combination with Potash One Inc.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 14, 2009) - Potash North Resource Corporation (TSX VENTURE:PON) ("Potash North") and Potash One Inc. (TSX:KCL) ("Potash One") are pleased to announce that final approval to the previously announced business combination with Potash One was received today by the British Columbia Supreme Court. The business combination is expected to close on or about April 16, 2009.
