With this type of hole 2009/11 will add some more shares to my holding's, as this brings even more confidence that PEM has what it takes... expecting hopeful a gradual rise not a huge pop... that generally means,, back down soon after.. i am long on pem,, i feel this would be the best way to over all increase s.h. value.
